Roy has vast experience in advising and representing entrepreneurs and companies in the technology and life science sectors, both in Israel and abroad, in all phases of development from emerging growth to fully mature global companies. In addition, Roy also advises different types of investors, venture capitalists, accelerators, incubators and private investors, in investment transactions in the technology and life science fields. Roy provides ongoing legal advice on the commercial and corporate aspects of local and cross-border transactions, including Mergers and Acquisitions, strategic agreements, joint ventures and equity and debt financing. As part of his previous experience, Roy served as the legal counsel of a Venture Capital Fund for a period of over four (4) years. Roy enjoys running and cross fit training.
