Karen represents medical centers and academic institutions in various types of research collaborations, including, clinical trials, technology transfer/licensing transactions, big data projects, data sharing/material transfers and grants. She also has vast experience in corporate and commercial law, private equity/financing transactions, M&A and U.S. securities law matters. Karen participated in the Ministry of Health's committee for the formulation of a standard form of clinical trial agreement.
